Monday
If you want to help, volunteers for Martha's Table make sandwiches for the homeless in the game room at 9:00 a.m.; Yoga Class 10:00 a.m.; Bingo is at 12:30 p.m.; 1:30 Shuttle Bus to specialty grocery store; a Bible study at 1:30 p.m., and a Sing-Along in the evening.
Tuesday
Easy exercise begins at 9:15 a.m.; 10:00 a.m. Shuttle Bus to assist you with your errands; Book Club meeting at 10:30 a.m.; Bridge at 1:30 p.m.; Poker at 6:15 p.m.; and a student concert at 7:30 p.m.
Wednesday
Shopping Day begins at 8 a.m.; Current Events Discussion Group and Tea Service at 11:00 a.m.; the Food Committee meets at 1 p.m.; there is Poetry at 2:30 p.m.; 6:00 p.m. in Computer Tutorial; 6:45 After Dinner Walking Group; and Bingo at 7:00 p.m.
Thursday
Stretch & Flex exercise to music starts at 9:15 a.m.; there is a Health Screening and Educational Presentation at 11 a.m.; Crafts at 12:30 p.m.; 1:00 a two-hour trip to a suburban shopping mall; and a classical trio performs at 7:30 p.m.
Friday
Tai Chi class starts at noon on Fridays; 1:30 Shuttle Bus for errands; Bible study at 1 p.m.; Short Story Discussion Group at 2 :00 p.m.; 3:00 trip to local Art Museum; and a Travelogue movie on France at 7:30 p.m.
Saturday
10:00 Jewish Services open to all residents with refreshments. You're on your own in the afternoon, but don't miss tonight's new release feature movie on the BIG screen.
Sunday
Brunch starts at 11:45 a.m.; 2:00 p.m. residents' choice music and refreshments; and in the evening there is a religious service at 7 p.m. followed by refreshments and fellowship.
Or, sit back any day and enjoy a good book in the library; take a stroll in the garden or around the neighborhood. The choice is yours!
